The Many Faces (Facets) of Transition; What It Truly Is, How Do We Recognize It
This seminar will provide advocates with an advanced level of knowledge and understanding of transition as a result-oriented process. Using examples of high performing systems, participants will be inspired by gaining insight as to how to integrate transition services and education through the assessment process into the individual education plan. As a result of their participation, advocates will be empowered to promote exemplary services for their clients. Examples of assessment and planning for mild, moderate and severe disabilities will be provides along with a listing of the most credible national resources.
