If you are interested in being actively involved in the growth and advancement of SPaN and want to have a voice in decisions affecting this organization and the advocacy profession, consider becoming one of our Board of Directors.
Whether you are a new or seasoned advocate, we welcome your willingness to share your expertise, experience and commitment to the profession of special education advocacy throughout the state.
The Board of Directors meet approximately five times during the programming year in addition to a summer planning session.
Interested members should complete and submit a Nomination Form to have their name, or the name of a member they wish to nominate, added to the ballot. All nominations must be submitted by Friday, May 27, 2016.

Open Board Positions
As you consider accepting the nomination for a position as Member at Large on the SPaN Board of Directors we would like you to be aware of the following expectations of a Board Member.
